1. Service Delivery

   • Service delivery timelines will be as per agreed project scope

2. Payment Terms

   • Payment schedules will be as per project agreement

   • All invoices must be paid within the specified due date

3. Intellectual Property

   • All deliverables created by Promact Global remain our intellectual property until full payment

   • Client receives usage rights as per project agreement

   • Pre-existing IP remains with respective owners

   • Third-party components are subject to their respective licenses

   • Source code ownership transfer as per agreement terms

4. Confidentiality

   • All project information is treated as confidential

   • NDAs govern information sharing

   • Data protection measures are implemented

   • Client data privacy is ensured

   • Secure development practices are followed

5. Service Usage

   • Services must be used for lawful purposes only

   • No unauthorized access or security testing

   • Compliance with applicable regulations

   • Resource usage as per agreement

   • API usage within specified limits

Payment Processing

We use Razorpay as our payment processing partner. When making a payment:

• All transactions are processed securely through Razorpay

• We support Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and International Cards

• Your payment information is handled directly by Razorpay

• All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR)

• Currency conversion is handled by Razorpay at current exchange rates
