Payment Terms

Intellectual Property
- All deliverables created by Promact Global remain our intellectual property until full payment
- Client receives usage rights as per project agreement
- Pre-existing IP remains with respective owners
- Third-party components are subject to their respective licenses
- Source code ownership transfer as per agreement terms

- All project information is treated as confidential
- NDAs govern information sharing

Service Usage
- Services must be used for lawful purposes only
- No unauthorized access or security testing
- Compliance with applicable regulations
- Resource usage as per agreement
- API usage within specified limits
Payment Processing
We use Razorpay as our payment processing partner. When making a payment:
- All transactions are processed securely through Razorpay
- We support Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and International Cards
- Your payment information is handled directly by Razorpay
- All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Currency conversion is handled by Razorpay at current exchange rates
