The month of October always stays close to our heart. On one side we have some of the major festivals, on the other, it’s when Promact celebrates its birthday! Like every year, this year also Promactians celebrated its foundation day on October 7 to commemorate Promact’s 15 years journey.
An eventful evening followed by gala dinner party marked the 15th anniversary. To celebrate this auspicious occasion, Promact employees and management team participated in this historical moment with full fervor. Cake cutting, awards ceremony, cultural and traditional performances were held to commemorate this triumphant voyage.
2018 is dear to us for several reasons. This year we completed 15 years in this business, we expanded our office and we crossed 100 employee strength. To reach this position, Promact had walked a long way. And it was not always smooth. Swaty Shah, shared her own experiences and journey in her speech.
Promact was founded by Abhishek Patel in 2003. The major turning point in the company history was in 2011, when the company was taken over by Chintan Shah. The driving force behind this decision was Chintan’s immense love for technology and his urge to create a culturally unique software company that not only delivers the best product but is up-to-date with the latest technology.
In the last seven years, Promact has experienced an immense growth in terms of products & services, technology, revenue, success, global outreach, employees and workspace. Under the leadership of the Swaty Shah, and the guidance of Chintan, the net worth of the company has taken a huge leap from 2011 to 2018. In addition to this, Promact is growing at the rate of 19.44% CAGR, whereas, in the last two years, we have multiplied it at the rate of 39%.
In a short span of time, Promact has become a proud member of GESIA IT Association & NASSCOM (National Association of Software and Services Companies) – an acknowledgment of authenticity and expertise in the industry, and partnered with pioneering national & international companies registering its footmark in over 14 countries, covering several fields including e-commerce, education, automation, FMCG and sports to name a few.
This year we have launched two major products – Probot and Questy.
Probot is a productivity slackbot that conducts synchronous & asynchronous scrum
Questy is a hybrid cloud-based skill assessment software that supports technical & non-technical tests.
Above all, Promact has created a culturally rich talent pool attracting potential employees pan nation. As a result, the working environment has given rise to a diverse culture. The organization has created ways to make its employees self-sufficient, confident and competitive. Crash courses, communication classes, coding challenges and hackathons are some of the initiatives taken by the management team for the benefit of the employees.
There is no doubt that Promact has become one of the pioneering companies in Vadodara to persistently invent new software tools implementing technical expertise and constantly upgrade to the newest skills.
